- Run it at 2mL/L from bloom week 3 to week 7, then drop it for the flush week along with every other additive.
- Pair it with Big Bud in bloom weeks 3 to 5, then hand over to Overdrive for weeks 6 and 7.
- Add it after your base A and B, then mix the reservoir thoroughly before checking EC and pH.
- If you were on Nirvana, keep the same rate and the same weeks. Nothing in the bottle has changed.

Mix your base first
Fill the reservoir and mix in your base nutrients first, whether that is an A and B pair or a Grow, Micro and Bloom three-part.

Dose Tasty Terpenes
Add 2mL of Tasty Terpenes per litre of solution. For a 50L reservoir that is 100mL; for 100L it is 200mL.

Mix and check
Stir the reservoir thoroughly, then check EC and adjust pH if your base nutrient needs it.

Follow the schedule
Use it in bloom weeks 3 to 7. The full product schedule also runs it through veg weeks 1 to 4 at the same rate.

Stop for the flush
Leave it out of bloom weeks 1 and 2 and the final flush week, when the reservoir runs nutrient-free or with Flawless Finish only.
Is Tasty Terpenes the same as Nirvana?
Yes. Tasty Terpenes is Nirvana with a new name and label; the ingredients and the formula are unchanged. If Nirvana is on your feed chart, use Tasty Terpenes at the same 2mL/L rate in the same weeks. The bottle sizes carry over too, with this 1L alongside 4L, 10L and 23L.
When in the grow do I use it?
Run it at 2mL per litre in bloom weeks 3 to 7. Bloom weeks 1 and 2 and the flush week are Tasty Terpenes-free. The product's own feed chart also uses it through veg weeks 1 to 4 at the same rate, while the pH Perfect Sensi Master Recipe keeps it to bloom only. Both are Advanced Nutrients schedules, so follow whichever chart you already run.
Will it work with a base nutrient from another brand?
Yes. It is compatible with every pH Perfect base nutrient and with other brands' base nutrients and additives. It is a potassium, kelp and alfalfa supplement rather than a base feed, so it goes in alongside your A and B or three-part instead of replacing them. Add it after the base nutrients and mix well.
Is it safe for coco and hydro systems?
Yes. Tasty Terpenes is coco coir safe and suits hydroponic systems including drip, NFT, flood and drain and deep water culture, as well as hand watering and automated watering systems in soil or coco. The rate stays at 2mL/L whatever the medium.
How long will a 1L bottle last?
At 2mL per litre, 1L treats 500L of nutrient solution. On a 50L reservoir changed weekly that is 100mL a week: 500mL for the five bloom weeks, or about 900mL if you also run it through the four veg weeks. A 100L reservoir on the full schedule uses around 1.8L, so budget for two bottles or step up to the 4L.
Does it replace Big Bud or Overdrive?
No, it works alongside them. Tasty Terpenes is the stalk strengthener and bud potentiator in the schedule; Big Bud (bloom weeks 2 to 5) and Overdrive (weeks 6 and 7) are the bloom boosters, and Bud Candy runs weeks 1 to 7. Tasty Terpenes overlaps all of them from week 3 to week 7.

Advanced Nutrients Tasty Terpenes is the bloom supplement formerly sold as Nirvana. Same formula, same 1L bottle, new label. If Nirvana was in your feed schedule, this is the direct replacement at the same 2mL/L rate.
It is a potassium, kelp extract and alfalfa meal supplement (NPK 0-0-1) with added amino acids, run alongside your base nutrient from early veg through mid-flower. Advanced Nutrients formulate it to support thicker stalks and fuller bud sites, and to supply the broad trace nutrition kelp and alfalfa are known for.
