Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses. Typical delivery times:
NSW/QLD/VIC – Metro 1-4 days
NSW/QLD/VIC – Country 2-6 days
SA/TAS 2-7 days
WA/NT 5-12 days

We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney and Melbourne warehouses using Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please and Direct Freight Express. We pick the courier best suited to your location and order size, and every order includes tracking.
Yes — every order is packed and shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of what is inside.
Yes — free local pickup is available from our warehouse at Unit 2/5 Clerke Place, Kurnell NSW 2231, Monday to Friday 10:30am–4:00pm. Place your order online first and we will let you know as soon as it is ready to collect.
No — we ship within Australia only, covering every state and territory including WA, TAS and NT.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Returns & Warranty
Yes — we offer 30-day returns. Contact us with your order number and we will email you a return shipping label and take you through the process. See our refund policy for full details.
Contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue. Faulty or damaged goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law — we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
