Check the fitting before you order

This range is built around particular fixtures. A SanLight cord goes on a SanLight light, a Treegers driver extension kit is for Treegers, Lumatek daisy-chain cables join Lumatek bars, and the Digi-Lumen stands are for Digi-Lumen under-canopy fixtures. The plugs look much the same; they are not interchangeable.

Confirm the fixture brand and model first, then decide the job: a power cord (fixture to wall), a link or daisy-chain cable (fixture to fixture), or a driver extension (fixture to its remote driver). Those three are not substitutes for each other.

The general-purpose items

Only a few pieces here fit anything: a 10m round-earth extension lead, an IEC adaptor, and a CFL converter plug. Extra reach to a distant socket is what those are for — not a brand-specific cord.

Driver extensions and remote mounting

Many higher-wattage LED fixtures put the driver in a separate box. A driver extension kit lets you sit that box outside the tent. Worth doing: the driver is the hottest part of the fixture, so moving it out drops tent temperature and takes the weight off your hanging points. Treegers make kits for their 650W and 1000W fixtures; Lumatek make them for the Zeus Pro range.

Dimming

Some fixtures dim from a knob on the driver. Others take an external dimmer or a controller. See timers, meters and controllers when you want several fixtures on one control point.
