Orders less than $1000 will default to "Leave in a safe place" by some couriers unless stated otherwise in the notes sections on the cart page.
Orders are shipped daily from our Melbourne and Sydney Warehouses.
Grow Kings guarantees you will receive your purchase. Delays in postage sometimes happen but in 99% of orders you will get your item in the fastest possible time. Direct freight express, TNT Express & Auspost are the couriers we use for shipping.

If customer marks ATL in the checkout it is at the customer's risk if it is lost or damaged in anyway. We will provide a POD (Proof of delivery) from the courier if requested. Any orders under $200 will be defaulted as Authority to Leave.

Charges may be calculated on orders from Tasmania, WA, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island & remote areas. Bulky items may incur Additional shipping cost & larger times frames to be sent.
Incorrect Delivery Information
In the event that incorrect delivery information is provided by the customer, Grow Kings is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and up-to-date. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
International Customers
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship domestically around Australia.

Any promotions on Free Shipping are for the 'Free Standard Shipping with Tracking Number' method only. These promotions exclude any long/bulky item shipping fees, PO box's, international shipping fees or remote area's.
