Shipping Policy
At Grow Kings we ship Australia-wide using a mix of trusted couriers, including Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please, and Direct Freight Express. The courier used for your order depends on the size, weight, and delivery location — we automatically select the best option to get your order to you quickly and safely.
How shipping is calculated
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. To see the actual shipping cost for your order, simply add the items to your cart and enter your postcode at checkout — the live rate will be shown before you pay.
Long, oversized, or bulky items may incur an additional length or bulky-item fee, which is also calculated at checkout. In some cases an additional shipping charge may need to be quoted post-purchase.
Dispatch
Orders are shipped daily from our Melbourne and Sydney warehouses. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Delays can occasionally happen, but in 99% of orders your item arrives in the fastest possible time.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select ATL at checkout, your order will be left in a safe place at your own risk — Grow Kings is not liable for items lost or damaged after delivery. Proof of delivery (POD) can be provided from the courier on request.
- Orders under $200 are defaulted to Authority to Leave.
- Orders under $1000 may also default to “Leave in a safe place” by some couriers unless you state otherwise in the notes section on the cart page.
Remote areas and surcharges
Additional shipping charges may apply for Tasmania, WA, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Christmas Island, and other remote areas. Bulky items may also incur additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.
Incorrect delivery information
If incorrect delivery information is provided, Grow Kings is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate and up to date. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, you may be charged additional shipping to resend the item.
International orders
We currently only ship within Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Promotional free shipping
Any “Free Shipping” promotions apply to the Free Standard Shipping with Tracking method only. These promotions exclude long or bulky item shipping fees, PO boxes, international shipping, and remote area surcharges.
