Why PLANT!T

The Aeros range is modular, which is the useful part: you can start with a single module and add to it, rather than committing to a fixed system size on day one.

Buy the module or buy it complete

The Aeros System Module ships without an air pump, so it suits someone who already has one or who is expanding an existing setup. The Aeros One includes a twin 2500 air pump, which makes it the straightforward starting point. The Aeros IV Master is the four-pot system.

Collapsible tanks in four sizes

The flexible water tanks come in 60L, 100L, 250L and 500L and fold flat when empty. In a rented space, or a room that changes layout between runs, that is a genuinely different proposition from a rigid tank you have to find somewhere to keep.

Sizing a DWC system and its reservoir

1. More solution means more stability. A larger reservoir swings less in pH and EC between top-ups, which is the main thing that goes wrong in deep water culture.
2. Aeration is not optional. In DWC the air pump is what keeps roots alive. If you buy the module without a pump, size the pump before the system arrives.
3. Match the tank to your feed volume plus a margin. A tank you refill daily becomes a chore. The 250L and 500L sizes exist so top-up is weekly.
4. Keep a spare air pump. It is the single point of failure in a DWC system and it fails without warning.
5. Check the footprint before ordering. A four-pot system needs floor space and clearance around it for lids to come off.
