Pick your window
Choose a window or sliding door close to your inline fan to keep the duct run as short as possible.

Fit the frame
Set the main plate in the opening, slide the extension plate out to fill the gap, then close the window onto it.

Choose the adapter
Attach the base coupler, then fit the 4" or 6" duct adapter (or AC hose adapter) that matches your setup.

Connect the ducting
Push your flexible ducting onto the adapter and secure it with a clamp so the joint stays airtight.

Seal and test
Close any gaps around the frame, switch on the fan, and check that air flows freely out the window.
What duct and hose sizes does it fit?
The two included adapters connect to 4" (100mm) and 6" (150mm) ducting, and the base coupler accepts most 5.1" and 5.9" AC and dryer hoses, so it suits standard inline-fan and portable-AC setups.
How large a window can it cover?
The main plate is 43cm long and the extension plate slides from 66cm out to 155cm. That fits most windows and sliding doors, mounted either vertically or horizontally.
Can I use it for both intake and exhaust?
