Choose a screen
Choose the sifter screen for fine collection or the sorting screen for larger plant material.

Slide the selected screen into the slots underneath the trim tray.

Place the trim tray over the matching lower tray, then process and collect material within the stacked system.

Clean after use
After use, remove build-up with isopropyl alcohol, wipe with soap and water, and allow every component to dry.
What comes with the Large Trim Tray System?
The kit includes one trim tray, one sifter tray, one sorting tray, a 150-micron sifter screen, an ABS 757 sorting screen, straight stainless-steel pruning shears and a soft-bristle cleaning brush. The spare lower tray can hold collected material during a session.
What is the difference between the two screens?
The 150-micron stainless-steel sifter screen is intended for collecting finer material. The ABS 757 sorting screen handles larger trimmings. Both slide into the same slots beneath the upper trim tray and use the matching lower collection tray.
How large are the trays?
The trim tray measures 35.3 × 50.8 × 6.7cm. The sorting and sifter trays are each 34.5 × 50.0cm, with heights of 11.8cm and 8.5cm respectively, providing separate collection capacities. Their shared footprint keeps the three-part system aligned during processing and storage.
Can I use the tray on my lap or a table?
Yes. The tray is shaped for lap or desktop trimming, and its raised walls help keep material contained while you work. Select the lower tray and screen that match whether you are sorting or sifting.
How should I clean the screens and trays?
Remove residue with a cloth and isopropyl alcohol, then wipe the screens and trays with soap and water. Allow every part to dry before reassembly and storage, and clean regularly to prevent build-up. Use the supplied soft-bristle brush for routine dry residue removal between deeper cleans.
