Attach the hangers
Insert the supplied steel hooks into the board's end-cap slots. Use a second person when positioning the S44 on tent supports.

Join the light, driver and power lead securely, keeping cables clear of sharp edges, heat and moving equipment.

Turn the driver knob from UIS to select 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% or 100% output.

Connect the included UIS male-to-male cord between the driver and a compatible UIS controller, then select UIS mode.
What area does the IONBOARD S44 cover?
The IONBOARD S44 is rated for a 4 x 4ft footprint, equivalent to roughly 122 x 122cm, in a reflective grow tent. Its 430W board is the S44 model sized for this coverage. Final hanging height and intensity should still be adjusted to the crop, growth stage and plant response.
Will this light work with Australian power?
The driver accepts 100–277V AC at 50/60Hz and is rated at 1.80A at 240V. This Grow Kings listing is supplied with a US NEMA 1-15 Type-A plug, so it needs a suitably rated Australian travel adapter before connection. The adapter is not included.
Which AC Infinity controllers are compatible?
The IONBOARD S44 is a UIS device. AC Infinity currently pairs it with Controller 69 Pro, Controller 69 Pro+ and Controller AI+. A compatible controller adds schedules, grow cycles and app control; without one, the light can still be dimmed manually at the driver.
What comes in the box?
The manual lists the IONBOARD grow light, LED driver, two rope clips, two stainless-steel hanging hooks, one UIS male-to-male cord, four hook-and-loop ties and one wire-tie set. A compatible smart controller and Australian travel adapter are not included.
What hanging height and intensity should I start with?
For dynamic placement, the manual starts at about 46cm above the canopy. Its guide uses 40% for seedlings, 80% for vegetative growth and 100% for flowering. Treat these as starting points because the right setting varies with plant type, growing method and plant response.

Each light contains Horticulture Series Samsung LM301H 3000K and 6500K white diodes specifically formulated to help maximize plant yields. The diodes are then algorithmically positioned within the board to provide the most uniform PAR map coverage and deepest light penetration.
