What does it measure?
Its built-in sensor reads temperature and humidity for the space around the unit and calculates VPD. Readings, daily highs and lows, and trend graphs all appear in the AC Infinity app, refreshed quickly so you can react to sudden changes.
Does it have a screen?
No — the A2 is app-only: you view readings in the AC Infinity app over Bluetooth. If you want an on-device display, the Cloudcom B2 has a backlit LCD screen.
Built-in sensor or a probe?
The A2 reads the ambient climate right where it sits. If you need to measure a specific remote spot — like canopy height while the unit stays elsewhere — the A1 model has a 12ft corded probe.
How is it powered?
It runs on a single CR2477 coin-cell battery and draws very little power (around 90µA average), so the battery lasts a long time between changes.
Which Cloudcom should I choose?
All three are compact and share the same app, VPD and alarm features. The A2 has a built-in sensor (reads the space around it), the A1 adds a 12ft corded probe for a specific spot, and the B2 has a built-in sensor plus a backlit LCD you can read on the unit.
