Position the fan
Remove any existing grille or cover, then sit the unit over the vent opening. Airflow blows towards the label side, so check direction before fixing.

Mount the frame
Fix to timber with the included wood screws. For brick or foundation block, drill 8mm holes, fit the wall anchors and secure with the machine screws.

Connect the sensor probe
Remove the probe's plastic cap, plug it into the port on the underside of the fan and route the head to the dampest spot.

Power it up
Plug the power cord into a mains outlet. The T8 ships with an Australian plug on a 2.4m cord.

Set your programs
Use the onboard controller for temperature and humidity triggers, or pair the AC Infinity app over 2.4GHz WiFi for remote programming and alerts.
Can I mount the AIR TITAN T8 vertically or on a foundation wall?
Yes. The dual-ball bearings are rated for any orientation, horizontal or vertical. The frame fixes straight to timber with the included wood screws, and for brick or foundation block the kit includes wall anchors and machine screws — drill 8mm holes, fit the anchors and secure the plate.
Is the AIR TITAN T8 waterproof?
It's IP-55 rated — sealed against dust and highly resistant to splashing water, which is exactly what damp crawl spaces and subfloors throw at it. It isn't fully waterproof though, so don't submerge it or mount it where water pools.
Does it need WiFi to work?
No. The onboard controller handles all programming on its own — temperature, humidity and VPD triggers, timers, cycles and schedules. Connecting the AC Infinity app over WiFi adds remote access, alarms, historical charts and CSV export. Note the controller pairs with 2.4GHz networks only, not 5GHz.
Do I need an intake fan as well, or is exhaust enough?
For most crawl space and subfloor applications, an exhaust fan is the essential piece — the T8 pulls damp, stale air out of the space while reducing humidity and expelling odours. Intake models are optional.
Does it come with ducting or grilles?
No — ducting and grilles aren't included accessories. The T8 is designed to mount directly over an existing vent opening with its included screws and anchors. The full backplate measures 46.1 x 22.8 x 4.0cm, so check it covers your opening before ordering.
Can I extend the power cord or sensor probe?
Plan your layout around the supplied cable runs — the power cord is 2.4m and the sensor probe 3.6m. Splicing or hardwiring the wiring isn't recommended: modifications like that can compromise electrical safety and void the warranty.

This system reduces humidity levels while expelling odors and stale air from your home. Features a WiFi-enabled LCD with smart thermostat and dehumidistat control, as well as triggers, fan speed control, status alerts, and more. Included 12 ft. corded sensor probe plugs into the controller to provide temperature and humidity readings.

Heavy-Duty Performance
This crawlspace fan system is enclosed in heavy-duty stainless steel with spiral fan guards. Utilizing DC motors that are controlled using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation), the fans can maximize airflow while reducing noise and power consumption. In addition, the dual 120mm fans are IP-55 rated to be highly resistant to liquids and dust particles. The motor houses dual-ball bearings that are rated at 67,000 hours and allow this fan system to be mounted horizontally or vertically.
