We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@growkings.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrectly Received Items
Received something different from what you ordered? Don't worry, we're on hand to quickly rectify the situation. Just make sure to reach out to us at sales@growkings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package. Prompt contact is crucial for a seamless resolution.

Along with your email, please include photos of the items you received as well as the packaging it arrived in. This will help us expedite the process and ensure we correct the error swiftly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to making things right as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect each item for any damages, defects, or discrepancies. If you encounter any issues, such as a defective or damaged item, or if you've received the wrong product, please get in touch with us right away at sales@growkings.com.au.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for discontinued, clearance or end of line products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Special Ordered Items

Unfortunately no refunds on items ordered in specially for a customer. 


Refunds

If your return is approved after our inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund amount will be less the costs incurred for both sending your order to you and receiving your order back from you.

This means that the shipping costs for both delivery and return will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We aim to keep you informed throughout this process.
